Three elements

It will be mixed use, featuring 59 serviced apartments, a hotel, a health and fitness centre, as well as office and retail space.

Minimising disruption

One of the biggest challenges with the project is the close proximity to the railway. As a result great care was necessary to ensure that vibrations from demolition and construction do not affect the safety of the tracks. Consequently, it was necessary to install movement sensors.
