In order to aid this problem, we have developed care and support services specifically for vulnerable and disadvantaged young people, particularly those who are leaving care.

We draw up a pathway plan with the young person and perform a risk assessment to ensure that they are suitable to be accommodated. The plan drawn up includes information in relation to housing, education, health and independent living skills, among many other factors.
