Havering has, until recent times, not had much to say about itself. They will do this across 12 estates throughout the borough over the next 12 years.

In addition to reconditioning its housing stock, Havering is eager to update its commercial space. One thing it does not have is the contemporary grade A office stock to house the HQs of massive companies. These days, rents are close to the £20/sq ft mark.
