Permission is granted for the GSK/Sunblest site regeneration
The GlaxoSmithKline and Sunblest Bakery sites in Greenford, Ealing took a big step closer to redevelopment with Greystar securing full planning permission from the Council. New £60 million property investment in iconic Croydon tower
Earlier this week there was a story about one of the largest examples of property investment in Croydon in recent times. Chinese property firm R&F Properties have invested around £60 million in the St. George’s Tower and surrounding site.
