The Ilford Manifesto sets out development ideas

Redbridge Council have been working hard this year to promote Ilford and see it become the focus of regeneration. They began with an event at the Town Hall in January. This was followed up in May with the release of the Ilford Manifesto. Refurbishing a North Kensington landmark

Trellick Tower is one of the most iconic buildings in North Kensington, home to 217 flats. The property was designed by Erno Goldfinger, a Hungarian architect and key member of the Modernist movement. It was finished in 1972, a time when taller tower blocks had dipped in popularity.
