Amazon.co.uk Giftcard Terms and Conditions

• Lease your property for a minimum term of 3 years (36 months), and you will receive a £500 Amazon Giftcard.
• Rent effective within 10 days from the management date (signing of the agreement) regardless of occupation. A contract must be signed with Finefair in order to qualify for the giftcard.
• Subject to annual administration fee.
• Offer available to landlords who let a 2 Bedroom and 3 Bedroom, house or flat. This offer does not apply to any other properties, including HMO’s, Hostels,1 Bedroom, 4 Bedroom and 5 Bedroom Houses.
• Amazon Giftcard cannot be replaced for cash.
• Giftcard will be given to the landlord 30 days after contract being signed.
• Capped at one £500 giftcard per property (even where the property has multiple owners), and no further giftcards will be given where a subsequent property is let to to Finefair through the same owner.
• New customers with new properties only
• Not applicable to any lease renewals for existing landlords
• This offer may end without notice in the event Amazon stop producing giftcards.
• The offer will end on 31st March 2020 (31/03/2020). Finefair may choose to continue this promotion at its own discretion. All leases must be signed prior to the 31/03/2020.
