Barratt Homes is currently in the process of redeveloping the site of a former Kodak factory. The plant was built in 1890. The developer also recently revealed that one of the buildings will be named the Robertson Apartments. This name comes from James Robertson, a pioneering photographer with notable works from the Crimean War.
